Job description
Help AG NextGen UAE Talent Program is a full-time graduate development program designed to prepare UAE National graduates for a successful career in cybersecurity. The program provides structured technical training, hands-on experience across multiple cybersecurity domains, and continuous mentorship from industry experts. Graduates will work on real-world cybersecurity projects, develop professional skills, and build a strong foundation for long-term career growth within one of the Middle East's leading cybersecurity organizations.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured graduate training program focused on developing technical and professional cybersecurity competencies.
- Working alongside cybersecurity consultants, engineers, architects, and SOC professionals on real world cybersecurity projects.
- Gain practical exposure to:
- Security Operations Center (SOC) and threat monitoring.
- Incident response and digital forensics.
- Vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
- Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Cloud security.
- Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Security engineering and architecture.
- Threat intelligence and security automation.
- Cybersecurity consulting and customer engagement.
- Assist in supporting enterprise and government cybersecurity initiatives across the UAE.
- Apply cybersecurity best practices, standards, and frameworks while performing assigned tasks.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project deliverables.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic work environment.
- Communicate technical information clearly with internal teams and clients.
- Participate in technical training, mentoring sessions, and certification preparation.
- Continuously develop technical knowledge and stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science (Cyber Security focus), or a related discipline.
- Recent graduates with no prior work experience is preferred; internship or academic project experience in cybersecurity is an advantage.
- UAE National holding a valid Family Book.
- Willingness to pursue globally recognized cybersecurity certifications as part of the graduate program.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, networking, operating systems, cloud security, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address security challenges.
- Ability to prepare technical documentation, reports, and project-related deliverables.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and teamwork skills.
- Proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to continuously learn, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
